Car Rental Policy

Driver Requirements:
All renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. International drivers must provide a passport and an international driving permit if applicable.

Insurance:
All vehicles include basic insurance cover. Optional excess reduction cover is available at checkout. The renter is liable for damage not covered by insurance (e.g., tyres, glass, interior).

Fuel Policy:
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. A refuelling charge applies if returned with less fuel.

Mileage:
Daily rental includes a mileage limit of 200 miles/day. Extra miles will be charged at £0.25/mile unless unlimited mileage is selected.

Deposits & Payments:
A security deposit is required via credit or debit card at collection. Full payment must be made prior to or at pickup.

Cancellations & No Shows:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Vehicle Condition:
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. Cleaning or damage fees may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty or damaged.

24/7 roadside assistance is included with every rental. Contact details are provided at vehicle collection.
